What is Dialectical Behavior Therapy?
DBT is an evidence-based therapy that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness strategies. Originally developed for individuals with intense emotions, it’s now widely recognized as effective for many mental health challenges. Together, we examine our thoughts, emotions and behaviors each week to support our awareness and create opportunities to change what is getting in the way of the life we want.
